Bake at 175ºc for 30min in 1 Englishcake tray

Need:

• 100ml vegetable oil

• 80g sugar

• 1 egg

• Liquid:

  • EITHER: 100ml OJ
  • OR: 100ml black coffee + 20g sugar

• 160g flour

• 12g baking powder (try 10g)

• 1 tsp lemon zest

  ---

  optional: cocoa powder+brown sugar for topping optional: dark chocolate to mix in

Do:

1. Mix Oil, Sugar, egg, and liquids together.
2. Add the Flour and Baking powder
3. Pour into a single englishcake pan
4. [optional] Top with a sugar-cocoa mix. Swirl with a toothpick.
5. bake for 40min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
