Angelfood cake
Bake at 125°c for 50min
Need:
- 5 eggs (separated)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- Lemon zest from one lemon
- 1 TBS vegetable oil
Do:
- Whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks
- Mix Egg yolks, Oil, and Lemon zest in a bowl, then gently fold into the foam
- Fold the flour into the batter in 2-3 additions.
- Bake until a skewer comes out clean.
