Angelfood cake

Bake at 125°c for 50min

Need:

• 5 eggs (separated)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup self-rising flour
• Lemon zest from one lemon
• 1 TBS vegetable oil

Do:

1. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks
2. Mix Egg yolks, Oil, and Lemon zest in a bowl, then gently fold into the foam
3. Fold the flour into the batter in 2-3 additions.
4. Bake until a skewer comes out clean.
