Mum's Brownies
Bake at 175ºc for 20-25 min.
Need:
- 150g Oil
- 150g Dark chocolate
- 220g white sugar
- 60g Brown sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 85g Flour
- 2 TBS Cacao powder
- A pinch of salt
Do:
- Melt chocolate
- Mix Melted chocolate, Oil, Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla.
- Sift the Cacao and flour into the batter, add a pinch of salt and mix.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick test comes out clean.
