I've designed this particular iteration of spring rolls as part of my culinary school's finals. The flavor earned me a lot of praise, but the plating was... lukewarmly received. In the end, I think this is good. This is who I'll be as a chef.

Wat do:

  1. Mix all filling ingredients.
  2. Fill the wrappers, roll, and stick to itself with a bit of eggwash
  3. Mix up the sauce
  4. Deep fry till golden and the meat is well done
