I've designed this particular iteration of spring rolls as part of my culinary school's finals.
The flavor earned me a lot of praise, but the plating was... lukewarmly received.
In the end, I think this is good. This is who I'll be as a chef.
My plating might be simple, but I'll blow your mind with the flavors.

Ingredients:
Filling:
- 100g ground chicken
- 30g grated sweet potato
- 1/4 red onion
- 20g white cabbage
- 1 TBS soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 TBH cilantro
Sauce:
- 3TBS Soy
- big pinch of sugar
- 3-5TBS water
- 1/4 lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- fresh chilli
- star anise
Misc:
- "cigar leaves" wraps (find english name)
- Eggwash
Wat do:
- Mix all filling ingredients.
- Fill the wrappers, roll, and stick to itself with a bit of eggwash
- Mix up the sauce
- Deep fry till golden and the meat is well done
