  1. Mix the rice flour with some hot water.
  2. Add the tiger nut flour.
  3. Mix egg, sugar, oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add Flour and Baking powder, and whisk until smooth.
  5. Gradually add orange juice/water until the consistency is thick and scoopable
  6. Fry low and slow.
