Heartseed Cookies

Bake at 180°c for 20 minutes
Need:
- 2 cups oats or oatmeal
- 2 cups whole grain flour (white also works well)
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar (skippable)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp clove
- ⅔ cup oil (I used sunflower, canola should work just as fine)
- ½ cup Water
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- Mix-ins
Do:
- Mix flour with oats, baking powder, salt and spices.
- in another bowl, mix the oil, soy milk, raisins/chocolate and sugar
- combine the two and mix well.
- make small balls out of them, and flatten them out (I didn't squish in my first batch and they came out totally spherical lmao)
- bake on 180°c for 20 minutes or so (don't worry about spacing too much, they don't melt or change their shape)
