Mum's Comfort Choco-Coffee Cake

Bake at 175ºc for 40min in 1 Englishcake tray

Need:

• 100ml vegetable oil
• 1½ eggs
• 175g self-rising flour (or 166 flour and 8g baking powder)
• 100ml black coffee
• 100g sugar

• ---

• 1 TBS cocoa powder
• 1 TBS brown sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ TBS ground coffee

Do:

2. Mix Oil, Eggs Flour, And coffee.
3. Add into an Oiled English-cake pan.
4. Mix cocoa, brown sugar, and cinnamon
5. sprinkle with a spoon, then swirl in with a toothpick.
6. bake for 40min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
