Mum's Orange cake

Bake at 180ºc for 30min. 2 English cake pans 30cm long

Need:

• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 packet baking powder
• pinch of salt
• zest of 1 orange
• ½ cup orange juice
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 4 eggs, separated

Do:

1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest into a bowl.
2. add the OJ, oil, and egg yolksand mix well
3. Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks And fold into the mix
4. divide between the two trays and bake.
